• We currently offer local delivery, in-person pickup, and shipping within FEDEX department.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.

• Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

Local Delivery & Pickup:

• Local delivery is available for select areas. Please check availability at checkout.

• Pickup orders must be collected within 24H after confirmation to ensure freshness.

Product Quality & Replacement Policy:

• We take great care to ensure our produce arrives fresh and in excellent condition.

• We offer high-quality and fresh produce, but since we are dealing with fruits and vegetables, there is always a risk that they may go bad if delayed in transit.

• If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof. With no prove of  photos we can not proceed with replacement.

• We do not offer refunds. Instead, we will replace any damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost.
